For over 60 years, Maurice Zeffert Home has been a trusted part of WA’s community, providing quality aged care in a warm, culturally sensitive environment. Now, we’re planning an exciting transformation to meet the needs of future generations.
The Next Chapter is about creating a vibrant Jewish community of contemporary homes with premium amenities, and care options that suit every stage of life – from independent Retirement living to specialised, residential aged care. We’re moving beyond traditional aged care to build a place where our community can truly thrive.

We are currently moving into the Financial Feasibility phase. There’s still a long journey ahead, including financial planning, design work, approvals, and construction before we see the finished development. We look forward to keeping you up to date as milestones are achieved.
